The need for people of faith to take action and trust in scientific research is imperative if we are to tip the scale towards a sustainable human society.

The Jerusalem Eco Fair at the First Station in Jerusalem shows how people of different faiths and religions can create a new, sustainable community within an already existing communities. People at the fair experience sustainability first-hand through gardening workshops, organic food tasting, ecological products making, music and panel discussions. People are reminded of how much impact we all can have if we put aside our differences and come together.

Similar to the ship Titanic, humankind today faces a common challenge which is for the most part ignored. Many are unwilling to accept that we face a crisis, and others accept the problem but lack motivation to change course.
