Symposium on Ecologically Informed Theological Education:

The Interfaith Eco Seminaries Project brings years of experience and extensive resources to divinity schools, seminaries, and school of divinity encouraging them to educate their students on the relationship between faith and ecology. In conjunction with this program, ICSD has published multiple reports about courses for seminarians on faith and ecology being offered by schools around the world. ICSD’s Engaging Seminaries Program promotes and enables the sharing of resources and course syllabi between seminaries, as well as conducts virtual and live meetings for seminary deans and faculty.

In June 2015, ICSD released the first-ever Report on Faith and Ecology Courses in North American Seminaries

This groundbreaking report includes the details of over 170 courses on ecology offered in over 60 theological schools and seminaries.

A summary of the Report in Italian is also available.

The Program also provides a comprehensive Syllabus Collection of the faith and ecology courses offered by the seminaries mentioned in the report, as well as many others.
